POSTER PRESENTERS
Poster board size is 8' wide x 4' tall. Please bring push pins or velcro to mount your poster.
Monday Poster Session. Mount your poster before 8 am on Monday morning in your assigned space. Your poster board space will be listed in the Program Book (you will receive this at registration). Attend your poster during the Monday Poster Session on March 21, 1:30 - 3:00 pm. Please remove your poster by 9 pm Monday night.
Tuesday Poster Session. Mount your poster before 8 am on Tuesday morning in your assigned space. Your poster board space will be listed in the Program Book (you will receive this at registration). Attend your poster during the Tuesday Poster Session on March 22, 1:30 - 3:00 pm. Please remove your poster by 9 pm Tuesday night.
SPEAKERS
- Plan to arrive in your session room at least twenty minutes prior to session start to test your laptop or load your presentation.
- In the interest of fairness to other speakers, please adhere to the time allowed in your assigned slot. Each time slot has Q&A time built-in (see grid below).
- The lecture hall will be equipped for LCD (computer projection) only. Please bring your own laptop computer. A conference computer will be also be available (upload with memory stick).
