About the 2020 Conference Theme on Novel Proteomic Perspectives on Aging, Cancer, and Disease

The upcoming meeting will highlight how recent technological advances in instrumental and analytical methods, protein chemistry, chemical biology, and bioinformatics are being applied to biological and clinical research to contribute significantly to our understanding of human health and disease. Our sessions and invited speakers will provide a mixture of cutting-edge technology development, as well as the applications of these technologies to important questions in biomedical research. Highlighted research areas include Cancer Early Detection & Prevention, Immunity & Infectious Diseases, and Aging & Neurological Diseases.

About the US HUPO Annual Conference

The US HUPO annual conference has established itself as a highly valued contribution to the interdisciplinary scientific field of proteomics, with a particular focus on current technologies in the field and their application to solving biological and clinical questions relevant to human health. The topics covered at the annual conference reflect the multiple disciplines, strategies, and technologies encompassing the proteomics field, and their use to address complex biomedical problems and enable new discoveries aimed at advancing diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of human disease.
