Why Exhibit at the US HUPO Conference?

Exhibits at US HUPO will be co-located with the technical posters in ballroom space (fully carpeted) adjacent to the main session room. The opening reception on Sunday evening and all refreshment breaks will be with the exhibits and posters. The conference allows for and encourages contact with all attendees. Exhibitor representatives are encouraged to attend as many of the oral sessions as possible to facilitate additional connections.

Additional opportunities to make an impact with attendees include vendor lunch seminars and advertising. 

The US HUPO conference attracts both PI's and their students and post-docs. The annual meeting is an excellent opportunity to show your support of the community while making important connections with decision-makers. Attendance is expected to be 350 people.

Additional Information and Forms

  • Exhibitor ScheduleMove-in is Sunday, March 8, 12-4 pm. Move-out is Wednesday, March 11, 8 am - 12 pm. Times to have your booth staffed are included in the exhibitor schedule.
     
  • Additional Exhibits-only Badges for purchase.
     
  • Lead Retrieval (FREE). All badges will have QR codes (sample badges). For scanning the QR codes we recommend the BadgerScan app for iOS. It’s free to use and allows exhibitors to view individual contact information and/or export all contacts to a CSV (Excel) file. Please search 'badgerscan' in the iOS App Store.
