To Apply for Lifetime Membership:

To qualify, you should be a current member who has contributed to US HUPO for many years throughout your active professional career, currently retired, or have achieved emeritus status from a university. You should also hold an active membership in US HUPO for a minimum of five years. Lifetime/emeritus members can self-nominate by completing the Lifetime/Emeritus membership application on the website or they can be nominated by the Membership Committee. All lifetime/emeritus applicants must be approved by the Board of Directors.
